      Book Description. Substantial literature has emerged on the subject of career planning, development, and management. Academic research by economists, educators, political scientists, psychologists, and sociologists has made the study of careers in organizations . The book is divided into four parts: a historical review of the main trends and developments of rural community studies; an annotated bibliography; analytical summaries; and a location map.
